Finally figured it out. The model of Acer notebook we ordered at the time we ordered the dock is NOT compatible with the dock. Only the Acer laptops supporting WiGig, 802.11 AD, will work. Those laptops DO have the wireless dock client software available on the Acer drivers/downloads area and I assume they come installed…

Thanks for the suggestions. The support page, Drivers, has a single entry, firmware. All else is blank. This is a very new product. The mfg date on the label is 8/16. The directions specify a piece of client software. No where does it say that you can somehow connect to the dock to install the client. I have correctly…

It clearly shows in the tiny QuickGuide that you need a program called "Acer Prodock Wireless Manager." But this is nowhere to be found on Acer's site. I'm trying to contact customer support and will leave more info here if I find an answer. Without the client software, I believe the Prodock Wireless is useless.
