  • doesn't really matter, as if it breaks it will go in the bin anyway. My options right now are; 1) find a probable cause and fix it 2) buy a laptop that works the way it is meant to
  • yes it is still under warranty, however I would rather fix it myself as the last time i sent a laptop back (faulty mainboard) it took just over a month to get it back and I am not prepared to wait that long again.

  • No, I don't have one. I just don't see the point of having a keyboard with a seperate number pad when they cannot be used together. If I press numlock (turn it on) I can use the number pad, but the keyboard (or part of it) also becomes a numberpad j=1 k=2 l=3 etc etc then to use the keybard I have to press numlock (turn it…
  • everything is fine in device manager, I just want to be able to use the number pad as a number pad without having to turn it off before I can use my keyboard properly
