  • Mine is currently at the research and repair centre - I will keep you informed about what they did and if the problem is corrected. I must say that until now they were very helpful.
  • You may have to insist a little bit, but here in Belgium they were really helpful. Do not accept that they don't give an answer! They will, eventually! The sad thing is that I am very pleased with my liquid z110 and I really hope they sort out this famous screen locking problem once and for all!
