I have had the same issue, and unfortunately I am past the return period. I spoke with Acer support, and they gave me the usual 'send it in, we'll take a look'. I use my laptop every day and cannot afford to not have it for 7 to 10 business days. I had a feeling that others would have the same problem! We should let Acer…
