Aha...the external keyboard works but then when I try the keyboard on the laptop I get the faulty keys. I used this spray cleaning product which said safe for electronics which includes monitors, keyboards, tvs, etc...all worked fine until I used. It' s upsetting to think I damaged the keyboard on the laptop due to this…
