  • are you sure your model is 1870...? There's only 4 model listed in support page 1800/10/20/30... check properly..
  • if you have hidden recovery partition on your system (you can check it in disk management) with name like PQSERVICE than go to bios and enable D2D (Disk to Disk) recovery and boot your system and now your OEM (Factory Default) OS will install , may take some time like an hour or two.... so all the best....   • Try cleaning your laptop fan and outlet and most importantly open your battery and clean the ports there may be some dirts in it... Hope it helps...
