  • I thank you very much for all your help, I was able to get the new driver installed. However, it didn't solve the original problem, that is, the computer still didn't recognize the HDMI input this morning and booted up in low resolution. Would you happen to have any other ideas as to how to fix this? Thanks
  • Thank you - I appreciate the step-by-step advice. It all went well until I tried to download the Intel driver - then I got this message. Not sure where to go from here? Is it safe to uninstall the current driver before trying to download this? Thanks again.
  • Is this the model? V3-572-50T7? And I am using Windows 10. Thanks
