  • I solved this with : Start => Control Panel => System & Security => Action Center => Change Action Center settings => Problem Reporting settings => Never check for solutions (not recommended)
  • Same problem here and no solution found and no support from Acer.
  • Nothing helps, even te latest updates, reset or whatever. Each time the tablet goes in sleep mode for a long time (night), it blocks on wake up and a reset (power button for 10 seconds) is the only way to restart the tablet. Please Acer, give some information on how to solve this well known problem.
  • I have the same problem, even after installing all updates. Unbelievable that Acer did not yet give some official information and/or solution for this problem that already exists for several months. This tables is unusable the way it has been designed for. Acer ... please come with a real solution ASAP.
