There are a few different configurations of the i7-8750H version, but the most common one has a 512GB NVME SSD + 1TB SSD. So no RAID out-of-the-box, but you can always add a second NVME SSD (the one that comes with the Helios 500 is pretty fast) and choose to configure RAID via those two.
