  • They're not under warranty. That's why I'm browsing around looking for the answer as to what needs replaced.
  • Apparently this is quite an issue with these AX3400G-U4802's. I have one and my daughter has one and they both are doing the same thing. What's the problem with them? As as many people as I see on the internet with the same issue I'm sure ACER knows what the problem is. Just tell us.
  • This must be pretty common for model. I have one that just started doing the same exact thing that you decribed Spag5 and my daughter has one that she's been fighting with for more than a year. Every once in a while they come on but man don't power them down.
