  • Thanks for the help everyone, I had to send it to acer for repair, it turned out the mainboard needed to be replaced. There was nothing I could do. Thanks again.
  • That's the problem, it doesn't happen every time, just sometimes, that's why I can't send it to Acer support service because it might just run normal when they turn it on. Thanks for the help.
  • My BIOS version/date is (Insyde V1.03, 5/30/2016) not sure if that's up-to-date. Had the settings for fast shut down already, and I just found out I didn't have to unscrew the cover anymore, I just have to reset my battery with the pin hole. (You are right about the switch for the RAMs cover, I saw the button/switch)
  • Same thing happened to me now and then, just unscrew the 2 screws on the back of the laptop where the RAMs located, and the lights will go off, still trying to find out what's causing it.
