  • I'm not actually using Three, it's just the shop the phone was bought from. I'm on a PAYG with Giffgaff, so everything is separate (handset/network). It is set to automatically update, and I just manually checked for the update as described in the Three guide, and apparently my device is up to date, so no further luck there. Don't suppose you have any idea who / where I should contact? The Acer support is useless - they just say to reset it or send…

  • Thanks for the reply, Yes, I tried a factory reset when the problem first started - the phone froze for a long time and none of the buttons were responsive, and the LED didn't come on when I plugged it in to charge.
