No I havn't downloaded any from Acer support. When I go to the link you provided there are two BT drivers listed, one from Atheros and one from Realtec whereas I have 3 BT drivers which are not digitally signed so which do you recommend I download and what is the process for replacing the new driver for the three old ones?…

I uninstalled BT as you suggested and rebooted. 2 blue screens one after the other indicting a problem then a repair attempt which failed and offer to troubleshoot and f7 allows reboot. File verifications still says those 3 files have not been digitally signed and device manager says they are OK?
