  • Seems to be something minor. However, 50C on an ambient temperature of sticky hot or hot seems to be very normal, however if you are in a cold region/country, then this is concerning. Also, best to get a cooling pad and worry less at all mate.

  • Not sure if you are talking about those two white dots. This can be due to a fallen reactor and typically, any LED/LCD monitors/TVs does this. I used this Tutorial when my TV did this for me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLwHWLHT4T4
  • When Windows cannot boot, it launches a recovery mode to reset the OS, if the recovery is also corrupted, you get this message. Best option is to do a Fresh Windows installation. However, you can also try this: https://www.kapilarya.com/there-was-a-problem-refreshing-your-pc
  • Well, according to this post: https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/534019/predator-helios-300-g3-571-doesnt-support-144hz-with-external-monitor/en/CA/content/home It does not. Acer members have asked this question before, some suggested monitors that can achieve this. Red-Sand has mentioned ways to do this. However…
  • The circled part is called PWM pins, they are generally used to connect extra fans on to your motherboard. Your PSU fan will run off the right side power switch (While colour teeth like pins) and your GPU goes into either the black or white slot as PCI express, you go with black. Press the sides of them and the latches…
  • I always hate to bear the bad news but prying open keyboard of a laptop is always risky and not the solution. I highly recommend you to contact Acer service directly, they can replace the keyboard easily for you. https://www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/content/support
  • Mate, open this video in full screen and see if you can find the blue lines. Take a screenshot then and post to us. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w99N-qMPUUw If no lines appear on the screenshot, it is a physical damage and needs repair.
  • Well, for the missing parts, Newegg will escalate this to Acer as everything will be warehoused by Newegg. I would suggest you to contact NewEgg as Jack suggestion and if it does not end fruitfully, I would recommend Acer customer support to proceed forward.
  • Well, Amazon does international shipping. Most of the stuff can be easily shipped from Amazon for an extra fee. Also, eBay would be a great place for this as many sellers ship internationally my friend.
  • Mate, can you mark the blue lines on the screen as I fail to see them? If the screenshot does not show you the blue lines, then the problem is physical and not software.
  • When you purchase the system, you get the latest BIOS updates by default. Honestly, I would not recommend doing a BIOS update without a concrete reason as it ends up bricking your unit and it is safe to say that it does not make much differences for regular uses. Press Windows key and I and then updates. These updates are…
  • The clip seems to be the problem, inside the port is a small mechanism or a design method that holds the power strip, if there is a problem or damage in its holding position, this bounds to happen, I recommend a replacement for the drive.
  • Restarting or shut down logically does not make a difference because basically the services are stopped properly and your computer just protocols them to start again. However, if the start up is slow either way, open the task manger >Startup this will give you an idea of what applications start automatically but the silver…
  • If this is PCI Express 2.0 and above, there is a little plastic click that you can clip and move to the left to eject the card. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ysk8d_kRg0o&t=58s If this is not: Complete Hardware Guide here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_yvKjakrpN4
  • Not trying to confuse you, but the monitor refuse to turn off is probably backlight bleed. If you think she is not turning off, what comes off of the display my friend?
  • I would not say it was discontinued but rather was probably sold out and in the phase of re-manufacturing again. I checked and the models are available in Malaysia and South East Asia region. If the laptop seems to be discontinued, I would believe that it will be all over the world.
  • Your English is absolutely fine. If the fans are not working, it is not normal if the temperature is high. The shutdown was probably because the machine was overheating and shuts itself down to prevent damage. I am sorry that you do not want to go to a service centre but this sounds like an issue with the fan and you need…
  • If your Windows says that it has the best driver installed, it reads the metadata for the driver version and if the driver version is superior, you get the message. Try to first remove the existing driver. Once removed, make sure that the driver's data is also removed. After that, try your previous driver which was…
  • The bleed is normal. I have seen cases where the backlight bleed to be horrible. I would suggest you to ignore this and also try to power drain the monitor. Maybe if the bleed gets worse, maybe time for a repair mate
