  • These are the correct insructions that I think might help. Right click background> Display Settings > Advanced Display Settings > select the x34 > display adapter properties > monitor tab > change to 100hz

I had to go to diplay properties, choose advanced ( on windows 10, going off top of head as I'm writing from work but this should get you in right direction) then click on the second tab ( I think) and choose to change refresh rate.
