last month or maybe last 2 months ago it wasnt like this do you think this "protocol" thingy came from Windows update, Driver update or its just been there since the first time i used my laptop?

most of the time, Yes it is hardware issues i got like a HP laptop which has the same problem try getting in replaced also what happens when it isnt charging? does it just shuts down?

also i already updated my drivers from of course the acer website i checked windows updates also optional updates and also checked my bios for anything related to turbo boost so i can boost up my GHz speeds but nothing in there

can you check my task scheduler?

you mean you have a sticker above the screw so you need to break the sticker then you can get to the screw?

well no there is acer sense(including services of course) and care center processes but is quick access the one in file explorer or not?

should i do this after i delete acer sense and acer care center?

how do i disable the startup in services? and in library task scheduler?

i was talking about control panel > programs and features but care center didnt appear in there only Acer Sense config was in there, are you saying AgentSVC or acer services is the two services i need to disable? here's a picture of my services

well im not sure but its not the advance "settings" of windows update its the advance options > optional updates thats how i got my acer sense

i dont have acer quick acces though? and if i delete it from control center does the services go away?

it said unregocnized command and a few bunch of other stuff

check the store i think they updated it im not that sure last time i tried it it works for me and still works today

try reinstalling it or go to windows update > Advanced options > optional updates cuz most of the time store doesnt get the right version or something i dont know im not a professional

Honestly if it really doesn't wanna open i recommend acer sense (if you still didn't get the update) acer sense is pretty good but with missing features like resetting directly from the app but for me it still worked i can open it now.

Nah, I don't have many important files in my laptop everything's on onedrive, But do i need a 2-4 terabyte usb to reset or refresh my laptop or is it just entirely for backing up my files?

so how can i refresh or reset my laptop i already watched acer videos like this video and i also already asked acer community also can i update my windows/office things and will i lose microsoft office, presentation and stuff like that?
