  • So after almost 2 weeks my laptop has been delivered back to me. The best the Acer tech team can do is re-install windows and hope it works better than the other 3 windows installs it has had. Guess what tech team. IT STILL DOES NOT WORK. 9 CRITICAL ERRORS AND 9 SHUTDOWNS IN 3 HOURS.
  • Thankful. Tired all of those suggestions and still getting the same critical errors. To add to my frustration it couldn't be sent in for another repair yesterday as the previous repair hadn't been signed off. Now I won't be able to get to a drop off point until next monday so i have another 2 weeks with no laptop
