  • Thanks, got that in English?
  • Quick screenshot
  • Its an ES1-572-31KW and have a "Intel wireless bluetooth" in device manager. Driver versions are 20.60.0.4 / 5/2018
  • So I used Driverbooster, thanks had no idea the latest wouldn't just be on Acers site. But, the audio still cuts out. If I move my laptop in any direction the audio cuts out completely if I'm looking straight at the screen its about 85% good. If I turn it in any direction, it cuts off completely.
  • I'm pretty sure I manually downloaded and installed the latest from ACERs website. Ill doublecheck when I get home. Also not sure what the driverbooster program is, but I installed ACER care center and says my drivers are up to date, not sure how reliable that is.
  • Perfect thanks
  • Yep, done. Dont see anything obviously bent or anything. I also plugged my HD into a hard drive wiper I have here at work and it couldn't even see it. Pretty sure its done. The other hard drive I have is blank so I cant boot off of it obviously but the fact that BIOS sees it and not there other seems like its done.
  • So I can get into BIOS now. BIOS does not see my hard drive. I put some other random hard drive in and it sees it. I'm guessing my hard drive is toast. Now my question is, if I get a hard drive how do I get windows back on it as this came with Win7 originally. I tried the Alt+F10 method on booting up and that doesn't do…
