Hi thanks for the reply. I have attached a screenshot of all the acer programmes in the add remove section. And also out of shot of the screenshot is "AOP Framework Acer Incorporated" I found the Acer Portal and removed it. Restarted my Laptop and it crashed again just trying to write out this post so i had to hold in the…
