Hello, and thanks for the response! I was reaching out as suggested by the tech support team. We have about 100 Acer Chromebooks that have a defect and have caused breakage. Tech support agreed to repair under warranty, however that would require deprovisioning and individually packing and shipping each Chromebook which…
