Edit: beim Neustart arbeitet der CPU wieder wie gewohnt auf 2,40 GHz bis auf turbo boost 3,30 GHz mit der zeit cappt er sich selbst auf 0,79 GHz again... Obwohl wie gesagt die Temperatur nicht schuld ist win 10 64 bi system
