  • Yes, I have done everything I've been asked to do. The funny thing is that the filter worked perfectly for a while, but the problem reappeared. I'm not sure, but this might have happened after an update. Is there any more information I can give you?
  • The URL for the Norwegian support page I'm struggling with is http://customercare.acer-euro.com/customercare/ProblemFacing.aspx As to my real problem, I have been in touch with Adobe, but they tell me to update my graphics card drivers which I've done. I'm stuck here.
  • I have contacted Adobe, but from what I understand, the problem is not within Photoshop. This has been confirmed several places on the Internet too.
