  • Basically, every time I turn it on with its default boot order, it just says preparing automatic repair. When I select the USB as the main boot, it loads but it just freezes at a black screen right after.
  • It just takes me back to troubleshoot settings and can't do any repair, image restore, or reverting back to old version of windows. The only thing that I can use is the UEFI/BIOS setting and Command Prompt. I select the USB at boot before but it just freezes at a black screen after the loading on startup.
  • @padgett I tried doing that and it just sent me to an automatic repair again, which was the same outcome as the very first thing I mentioned.
  • @padgett is there a way to fix it?
