I have the same problem.....my Acer Chromebook C720 won't power on, I called Acer, explained that the unit was only 4 months old, they told me I would be Charged $299.00 for repair, the computer cost me $199.00 on Amazon.. They are not honoring the One Year Warranty.....oh, and when you speak with them, You are speaking…
