  • Can anyone with a Iconia W3 confirm that the SD card should pop out of its slots by means of a spring? Before I squak to Acer?
  • Yeah, i will need to remove it often. That is how i can transfer data. I have items that take microSD with a spring and just pull in and out. Based on how deep this thing goes i predict it should have a spring but it did not. If someon could validate that I would apreciate it. I can look into the warrenty if indeed it…
  • Thanks for the response, Billsey. It is an Iconia W3. This might be an older model as it runs Windows8 not 8.2, but it is brand new. It was bundeled in with a WALZ PAM2500 fluorometer. It is needed to run the instument, so sending it off to be reparied would not be possible and it is not like i can run to the local box…
  • I have owned many products with microSD card slots. The ACER Iconia that came with a very expensive peice of lab equipment will not allow the SD card to spring back out. I was able to remove it with a forecept. How do i fix this thing. Has anyone else had this issue?
