So I also took off the back panel after i took out the battery and cleaned the fan and heat sink, lots of dust as I never cleaned it in the 3 years i owned this laptop. However despite cleaning it , when i press the power button, i can see the fan turning but then it stops, is this an issue with the mother board or…
