Hi all, thank you for your time and guidance through this.

So my laptop was working fine last night and was playing a twitch stream while i went to shower, when I came back the screen was black but the charge light was still on so I assumed my laptop fell asleep. But when I moved the mouse and pressed the power button nothing turned on. So I attempted to shutdown my laptop by pressing down the power button but nothing... my laptop would have a tiny click sound and the power button would flash every second. I waited til this morning to see if the problem would resolve itself but nothing still. I attempted to insert a paper clip in the back of the laptop for 10 seconds and then plugged in my charger again and the charging light turned orange but when i pressed the power button, both the power and charging link would flick once and then nothing, only the charging light would stay on from orange to blue. When i attempted to turn on the laptop without the charger plugged in, it would make a short click sound and the power link would flicker once and then nothing.

Any thoughts on the problem and solution ?
Greatly appreciated

Additionally when i hold onto the power button, the laptop makes a noise that sounds like the ram is starting or attempting to start.

So I also took off the back panel after i took out the battery and cleaned the fan and heat sink, lots of dust as I never cleaned it in the 3 years i owned this laptop. However despite cleaning it , when i press the power button, i can see the fan turning but then it stops, is this an issue with the mother board or something?
