  • You guys were on the right track. I just checked some of the keys by removing the cap. I think my Fn key or left arrow was stuck and caused the others to stop working. I don't know how it happened, but I'm good now. Thanks for the quick help guys, I appreciate it.
  • Thanks for the replies. Can it really be a mechanical failure? Could it also be the ribbon cable for the keyboard? I read that a loose cable can cause some keys not to work, the problem is that I don't know which one is for the keyboard. I rarely use the Q key, but I'll try your recommendations and check the keys.
