Guys, I am in desperate need of help, after the last windows update all of sudden earphones (3.5mm Jack) stopped getting detected.
Things I've tried so far but still no luck:
1. Reinstalling drivers from acer downloads
2. Reinstalled Win10

I can't factory reset since I do not have a recovery drive (which i regret alot)
Hoping to get some solution.

Press the Windows logo key found on your keyboard. Type “troubleshoot” and then click on Troubleshoot once it appears.
Click Playing Audio, and then  Run the troubleshooter. Click Next.
    Choose Headphones. Click Next afterwards.
Click No, Do not open Audio Enhancements.
    Click Play test sounds.
If you didn’t hear a sound, click I didn’t hear anything. This will prompt Windows to reinstall the audio driver.

Guys thanks for all the help but it seems something broke from hardware side, I purchased a USB to 3.5mm jack converter and the issue is resolved now. I wonder how the audio jack hardware broke :(
