BAD AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

i have purchased an Acer laptop e-1531 n i am suffering after
purchasing the Acer laptop. The product of your company is very bad
and defective and also the services is very very bad. Within 1month of
purchasing this product it was formatted by 6times and still it is in
service centre and still the problem is there. No one is going to
response and take the responsibility of the same. I have purchased
this laptop on 1May 2013 and this is its condition. I suggest to all
my friends never purchase any product of Acer ever .

    You don't say what your specific problem is.  Makes it difficult for folks on the forum to make suggestions. Why does Acer think that reformatting is the answer?

    At this point you need to persevere with Acer Service or tell us what your specific problem is.
