I tried pressing Alt+10 but that only made the screen flash and go back to the please wait screen. It was in a loop. My laptop has been having issues ever since September, At first, my game wouldnt launch and it kep saying "side by side configuration is incorrect" then the blue screen of death crash kept occurring. After that, the automatic repair loop and it wouldn't even let me reset my pc. I tried doing that when I was having the automatic repair loop issue but it only showed this "We had a problem resetting your PC" After the automatic repair loop, "No bootable device" error message popped up everytime I launched the PC. I tried the BIOS settings solution and the solution on acer's website but to no avail. And now it just stays stuck on the acer screen and doesn't take me to windows! Like I said, I already tried pressing alt and f10 but it only made the screen flash and take me back to the please wait screen.

Any support on this I the have same problem, now some clever people suggests on google update drivers. Hellooooo the system don't boot. It can not be the screen as some say because you are able to get the bios screen open but that is ALL you can do. Resetting battery nothing works. There must be some one technical enought to help us out please

    Hi didz212577,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.

    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.
