Good day, I have a Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54, i'll leave the spec below. The thing is, while i play games, such as Battlefield 1, League of Legends, mount and blace bannerlord, i usually use nitrosense at balanced by acer and my laptop reaches 70-90 degrees celsius (which is the normal as i've seen) while playing. But i just notices that while playing these games and having power saver selected, the game runs at the same framerate and graphics and at a lower temperature. So, could this affect my laptop in some way? Should i use balanced or high performance  while playing always? Or can i just keep using power saver without any real damage to my laptop. I hate that the fans are always loud and the laptop gives a lot of hot air, with power saver that reduces a lot. Plus i have a cooling pad and a fan just in case. Thank you for your attention.

Thanks in advance

Spec:
Nitro 5 AN515-54
12 GB RAM
Intel Core i5-9300H CPU @ 2.40GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4GB

Not really :) power saver drops  the power being bummped into the componants which makes them cooler hence the lower fan speeds. As long as the temps are stable go for it 👍

And the higher cpu use shouldn't be a problem either right? It goes from 40% in balanced to 90% if i use power saver. But that shouldn't damage the cpu right? (Forgot to said i have an ssd)
