I know this question has been spoken about Helios 300 PH315-52, but I am not reading any definitive answers to the best solution at preventing the CPU temps from getting to 93°C after 15 to 25 min of game play. This laptop has been doing this since I purchased it. It has been even sent to Acer for repair in the past, but still, it keeps doing the same thing.

Besides using a cooling pad and repasting the heat sinks with new thermal compound, what else needs to be done to get this laptop stable? Owning this laptop had been frustrating. I have put this laptop away for almost 6 months because of this constant issue. I recently brought it out and I want to permanently fix this problem.

Can someone help me? Acer no longer will warranty this because it is 8 months past warranty. They told me it would cost $700 + if I sent it into them for repair. No...
