Acer nitro 5 AN515-54 audio sizzle when plugging a headset or headphones

Hi everyone.

So i bought an Acer nitro 5 (intel core i5 8300th, GTX 1650 and 8 gigs of RAM) and after a month of use i've decided to use a headset.
However when i plug the headset in, i'm getting audio sizzle even when there's no sound or even when the latter is muted. ( I've tried this headset on other laptops and phones and no audio sizzle, tried with headphones, i got sizzle when plugging them in the nitro 5 but no problems with other devices)
Which is honestly quite annoying when using FL Studio or listening to music.
My question is the following : Do you think that it's a driver problem or a problem with the jack plug?
Thanks in advance.

Open your device manager and check if there is error in audio drivers list

If this kind of error is coming then i would recommend to update the driver. because that can be problem with audio drivers. You can update the drivers from device manager that is the long process. secondly you can use a best driver updater software to update the drivers. that will be very easy and effective for you.

I hope it will help you
    Thanks

Try moving your laptop to a different location without plugging into the power socket in the wall AND away from electrical interference (like a wifi router).
