      Hi I've also experience this problem and it's frustrating because I bought it only 4 days ago. My laptop freezes after updating to the Nvidia's driver latest update. I forced restart it by pressing and holding the power power button. After that I install the same driver update by going through custom installation instead of express which cleans the previous driver update installed. So far it doesn't cause crashes or freezing but I'm still not sure if it solved my problem.
