Hi,
I have an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52 with 128GB SSD and 1TB HD.
This has been working fine with all versions of Windows 10 until Windows 2004 became available.

When I tried to "upgrade" to Windows 2004 the upgrade failed with a 0xC1900101 error after trying to reboot
with about 70% of the installation complete. Powering off and the on again it tried to complete the upgrade, it failed
again and then reverted back to the existing Windows 1909. After that I updated most of the device drivers, as many people
suggest with this error, and tried again but the upgrade still failed. I cleaned up the installation files with DISM and
ran sfc and retried but again it failed

When Windows 20H2 was offered I tried to "upgrade" again with the same results, a 0XC19900101 error.
This time I then downloaded a new system image file and tried to install the new OS from that. Again it failed with
the same sytem error 0XC1900101.

Has anyone had a similar experience or have insight into what I should try next. I really want to avoid rebuilding the
system from scratch as I have many application programs that require extensive installation and setup procedures that take
a lot of time and effort.
