AN515-51-53YW Graphics Card Issues

Hey,
so I recently dropped my laptop on the ground. When I turned it on, I saw a cracked screen and screeching coming from within the PC, so I shut it down immediately. I first thought the screeching noise is coming from the hard drive, so I disconnected it, took it away, booted the laptop again and realized the noise is coming from the fan, not the HDD. So I took the bottom cover off, unscrewed the fans, took them out, put the working one back in the right place and left the other one out, since I wasn't able to fix it. I then tried to boot the PC, but it couldn't boot in all of a sudden. The system was booting fine before, even after the fall.
After some time, I managed to get the fan spinning without any screeching, so I put it back, but the PC still couldn't boot up properly. I reinstalled Windows and everything seemed to be working correctly, except for the graphics card. It was showing in Device Manager, but not in Task Manager, and I couldn't use it. So I went and downloaded the proper driver for the card (both from NVidia's website and using GeForce Experience), but every time I ended up in BSOD (nvlddmkm.sys, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA). After installing various drivers, contacting Microsoft Support, taking out the RAM sticks as recommended by them and putting only one in back, Device Manager is showing no driver errors, except for the graphics card. And when I now try to install the driver, it says the installation completed successfully, but the PC can't boot properly after restarting. Any ideas? I'm becoming hopeless.
Also, before the fall, I upgraded the laptop with an M.2 SSD (the system is installed on it) and 8 more GBs of RAM.

The best variant would be to go to service, where the technician can test all your hardware components and say exactly where the problem is. That doesn't look like a small issue that can be solved that easy
