Hi I'm Anton Philip, I would like to ask for assistance about an error installing Debian 10.7 on my Acer Aspire 3 A314-22 with AMD Ryzen 5 3500u.
The problem is that after clicking the first option "Debian GNU/LINUX Live (kernel 4.19.0-13)" on the Grub it directs to a terminal displaying messages one of it saying "amd-vi: unable to write on iommu perf counter". Another thing is that after entering boot menu it shows me "Linpus lite" instead of the drive label.
I'm a student who like to get my homeworks done using Debian Linux, I hope somebody could help me about this, Thanks.....

was this using a free or non-free buster .iso?  Guessing its a firmware driver issue (and was this a "live boot then install" or otherwise?).  Also, did it prompt for additional third party files?
