Acer nitro 5 2019 ryzen edition fps issue!

I have acer nitro 5 2019 edition with ryzen 5 3550H and RX 560X ,I'm facing some issues related gaming fps. When I'm opening Gta V my laptop is using 90%Cpu and almost 95-98% ram but only 15-20% GPU and it's not only happening in gta v it is happening in every game I'm playing even in Minecraft PE I am getting 10-15fps. Please suggest me a solution what should I do.

    I saw the comment from you on the other thread, did setting the GPU in the graphics settings not work?

    I tried to put the graphics settings to high performance from control panel by selecting the game but it didn't worked. I don't know what's happening. Please give me a solution.

    and it's only using the vega 8 graphics card not the rx560x graphics card what should I do. please give me a solution.

    So just to confirm javaaw.exe and java is set to use the high performance, what exe did you set in the control panel?

      And it's set to high performance in the battery settings, and the AC is plugged in? 

    The reason I ask is most of the time the 5x0 series used to be fine, I thought it was a bug introduced with the 5x00 series cards using smart switch only

    I don't have the reg settings to hand but when I get home I will get them. If the three things above are done and it doesn't work, you need to use the registry to enable a 'force gpu' powerplan. One you do that it's easy enough just fiddely
