Charging the battery of new ACER NITRO 5

I have read a conditioning process for new battery pack. And it goes like this:

1. Connect the AC adapter and fully charge the battery.
2. Turn on the computer and complete setting up the operating system.
3. Disconnect the AC adapter.
4. Operate the computer using battery power.
5. Reconnect the AC adapter and fully charge the battery again.

Follow these steps again until the battery has been charged and discharged three times.

Is it the proper way to charge it the first time? If so, in step 5, does it have to be fully drained? Or what should be the battery percentage prior to fully charge it again?

Hi,
Go to Power options, click Change plan settings, click Change advanced power settings, expand Battery and adjust the settings as shown in my snips, you shouldn't completely drain the battery.
