    • Screen Failure on Nitro 5

    Got an Acer Nitro 5 and I am having an issue with the screen. It is showing like the image below, it is even showing while I enter bios setup. 

    Any Ideas?

      Could be bad panel, flex eDP cable, even MB, so you better take it to a service center.

      Yep, that is what I thought, barely 3 months passed since I bought it and got this issue without even having a high usage.

      lets see if acer customer care will help me with the warranty. 

      I Sent a message to them describing the issue. 

      Does anyone here had success contacting them?

      I had success with them and i have changed parts nearly like 5 times in 1 year
