Laptop is an helios 300, g3-572, windows 10 1909

I know there are two places for attach a program to a gpu: nvidia control panel and windows gpu performance. I sucessfully adjusted some programs as OBS studio and games as south park stick of truth, for using one or other gpu accordingly my needs.

Now I'm playing muse dash, a game that has a mobile version even, directly on laptop display, but this game refuses to run on integrated intel graphics, and run on nvidia graphics ignoring all settings above.

What are my options here?

If you force the battery plan onto power saver does that do it?

Strangely enough I don't see a power saver plan, only balanced and high performance...

I use the balanced power plan, and it behaved the same on battery power and plugged in.

I guess I will install a newer nvidia driver, THe OS updated version but kept the driver... all went smoothly so I kept it this way, and I'm a bit relutant in making any deep change which can cause any need to clean install everything.
