I recently started getting random ping spikes on my device when connected with wifi. It will hold a steady 40 - 60 ping the then will randomly jump to 130-140 ping. This is most noticeable inside games such as CS :GO and r6. It seems to be happening outside of games as well as I have run that ping test within command prompt. Same issue appears in the command prompt; steady 40 -60 ping then after a few intervals a sudden jump to 130- 140, and the lowering itself back down. I have tried updating the wifi card inside the device (qualcomm atheros qca61x4a driver) and have tried FACTORY RESETTING the machine. It is only with my Nitro 5 as other devices on my network hold a steady ping. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

System specs: Nitro AN515 - 51
Intel Core i5 - 7300 HQ 2.5 ghz
8 gb ram
gtx 1050 ti
Windows version 1903
