Something is wrong with my Acer Softwares Nitro 7 AN715-51

So I tried to launch NitroSense my Nitro 7 AN715-51 laptop, but it didn't work. Some time later I realized that I am not getting that alert of turning Caps Lock on/off that I used to get. I surfed the internet, and found a way to fix this by redownloading the NitroSense, Care Center, and QuickAccess softwares. I did that and it worked, however, the next day, I faced the same problem and reinstalled the software again and it worked. But again the next day, the same thing happened.  

I don't want to reinstall the software every time I open my laptop. Please suggest any permanent fixes for this, so that I don't have to reinstall the stuff every now and then.

    This does not sound right at all SadatWani, have u scan the pc for any viruses or malwares?

    Maybe backup all the info and reset to factory setting the lap and perform all updates till u get up to date with it and see if it happens again, if it doesn't then it was definitely a virus or malware causing it. (remember to backup).
