    Okay, no problem.
    Let them do their work.

And don't forget about cleaning air vents
You are a genius! Its fixed! My maximum temperature is now 90, but that was only for a second. It usually hovers around 70-75 now! Its amazing. There was gunk in my vents. You Sir, are a lifesaver. He didn't bring any thermal paste so I couldn't take a pic. Sorry for that

I guess I should now close this thread/dicussion

@plaguedbyproblems Hi dude, I got the exact same laptop. Gonna try this cleaning out solution this time. I too am really frustuated with the temps i am getting rn. I bought this 3 months back and i also dont feel any air flow at the back.
After he cleared out the dirt, did the performace increase or you just got good temps?

    Hi @Jamalmohi
I added one 8gb ram, cleaned out air vents and changed the thermal paste to arctic-mx-4.
Now i'm getting 300+ fps in csgo (res: 1280*1024, quality: all low) and avg temp is 55°C.
Very Happy with the laptop now.

@plaguedbyproblems can you please tell me ur max fan speed from the nitro sense..at max settings....my max CPU Speed is 6122rpm and GPU is 5882rpm ...I need to know if it's the standard speed or my fan is defective....

It sounds about right. I hit the same fan speeds. Always, ALWAYS run the laptop at maximum fan speed. Don't use it on cloth surfaces such as beds. Always use the laptop on a wooden/metallic surface. The lint and dust from the fibres is sucked into the laptop by the fans and causes blockage in the vents. There is nothing wrong with your fans. Nothing. The fans are supposed to suck the cold air in from the bottom and expel the hot air from the back of the laptop(just under the monitor on the rear side, slightly to the right from the front POV). I am 101% sure that the vent that this hot air is supposed to come out of is blocked by dust and lint. Get it cleaned by Acer.
And tell them to clean the VENTS NOT the FANS!

Here is a video on this. Its from a different model, but its quite similar to the Nitro 7 in structure

While the rest of what you said is fine, the above one - running fans at max speed always, is not. In fact it would only hurt the system than actually do any good. Turn on cool boost and set it on auto. And then let the OS handle it.

how will it damage the system? Could you please elaborate on that?

Both. The temperatures went down flat 20 degrees. And since my cpu was thermal throttling due to the high temps, the lowered temperatures allowed my CPU to run at its full capacity and increasing my performance. For comparison, I was hitting 25FPS in Far Cry 5. After the cleanup, I was getting 70 FPS at ultra 1080p. The change was astounding

Running the fans always at full speed will cause more wear than allowing the system to modulate the fan speed based on heat load needs. Early wear usually presents with higher noise, then with higher temperatures as the bearings wear out.
