Hello guys I got my acer nitro 7 laptop in September last year and I noticed that my cpu temperature is hitting almost a constant 50-55⁰ c when idle and 92-94⁰ c when gaming is this normal or do I need to get it checked...also I hear some noise from my fan (stucking kinda noise ) it is under warranty so I'm scared to open it up..... what to do?
My specs i5 9th gen
1660ti GPU
8gb ram
256gb SSD
1tb hyd
All latest drivers and updates installed

Doesn't sound abnormal, though I'd like to see peak temperatures just under 90C instead of just over. Which model of Nitro 7 do you have? It should be something like AN7xx-xxx-xxxx.

What does your CPU usage look like when idle? Open task manager or nitrosense, leave the laptop for about 20 mins and post that screenshot. Your idle CPU usage should be under 5%, typically about 3-4%.

Also would be better if you mentioned exact CPU model. I have a 9th gen I7, and I made a thread here on how i reduced peak temps by over 20 degree centigrade at negligible loss of performance. See if the same helps you too: https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/627441/guide-thermal-throttling-on-nitro-7-model-an715-51-mitigation
