@Leostat have a query. As an example I was not getting to access the canva program in the 2nd profile and this program I had installed via being logged in my original profile. Some other programs too, I have the same issue but not for all programs. Why is that and how to resolve. I even observed when I logged in to my original profile, two instances of a program being installed in the programs list window, for ex : Spotify.

Some apps are installed for the current user only, so that could be one reason, and  the other is windows store apps are current user only. For example the spotify which comes installed is a 'UWP' version of the app which is for the user only. The files are split between appdata and program files.

You can just re install it to make it available, they are a pain to get working across profiles

I make it a practice to normally right click and install programs as an admin so that by default it is available for all users. The unusual part is the 2nd profile despite being a admin profile, certain programs are not available. The canva program is installed directly in the windows environment and not as a metro app from the windows store. Anyways, noted your points with thanks and guess will now take a full sanity check. My concern is the system is 256 GB SSD and I really don't know what all junk files are floating around. I have Norton Utilities Premium but it does not have a Registry junk checker. Disk space low is hence a constant issue. I do use a huge external HDD drive bay for storage. I have had to move Steam game file data on external HDD hence due to disk space limitation.
