    Is the Manuals and Downloads site down? It isn't recognizing my Serial Number, SNID, or Model Number. Also all of the dropdowns under select your device are all empty.

      Looks like it. This also happened a few weeks ago. I'll see if I can rattle any cages to get  it fixed. Might not be easy on a weekend. Jack E/NJ

      I tried to register my old Extensa 5630, which I think I bought already in 2013, but the system won't recognize my serialnumber (although I used the Serial Number Detection Tool). So, is my laptop too old? Wrong date of purchase? Or what?

      Yes, beyond for warranty for the SNID.  Just enter extensa 5630 instead. It'll pop up like this.  Jack E/NJ
