    If still within warranty, contact support and ask for a replacement. That's what I have just done, will report any updates.

    I pretty much just put up with it after only like 2/3 weeks of use. My own fault for never getting it sorted sooner but just didn't want the hassle of dealing with support and sending my laptop half way round the world for a ***** fan!
