Battery not charging

My battery is on 0% and anytime I plug it in the charging light indicator is always blinking yellow 
What is the problem please
Any solution?

    It's worth checking to see what the health of the battery is, on windows 10 If you open powershell as admin (rightclick-> run as admin) and run this

    powercfg /batteryreport

    This will generate a HTML page which tells you stats about the battery such as cycle count, What does the report say about the battery health?

    I mean I can't even put it on

    Eek, sorry i thought it was booting but saying 0%.  I think at that point the best course of action would be to contact support, you could try removing the bottom place and seeing if the connector is fully in and seeing if it will boot without the battery, but im not too hopefull as if it was just the battery i would expect it to boot on ac :(

    Well thanks for the advice 
    I saw it somewhere that there's a battery reset hole directly above where the battery is... 
    I got a pin pressed it in and I think it's working out fine

    Read your description. I think there may be a problem with the battery itself. The battery life is exhausted and cannot be charged. Handle with care. This is a dangerous job.
